The Dawes Condos is a new condo project by Marlin Spring Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Dawes architect is designed by IBI Group and the interior design is by U31 Design. The new project will be located at 10-30 Dawes in Toronto. The major intersection is Danforth Avenue & Main Street.

The Dawes Condos will consist of two towers rising 38 storeys on the south side and 24 storeys on the north side with a total of 631 mixed condo units. The two towers will be connected with a 6 storey podium. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Dawes Condos is still unknown.

The Dawes will feature over 27,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. The Dawes Condominiums East of Main will also have over 17,000 square feet of retail and office commercial space. The retail space will be located at grade level and the commercial office space will be on the second level. Not only that, this building will be a perfect fit for young families as it features over 11,000 square feet of daycare in the adjacent Heritage Building. The building will also have four level underground garage which will contain 285 spaces.
