The entrance for the residential suites will be on Jarvis Street.

The plans also include 5 townhomes that will face out toward Mutual Street.

JAC Condos will be retail space on the ground level facing Jarvis Street, which will add convenience to the residents of the community in addition to the site itself. Over 18,000 sq.ft of indoor and outdoor amenity space: 24-hour concierge, fully automated parcel system, lobby lounge, dog wash spa, co-working studio, tech lounge, coffee bar, study library, yoga room, meditation studios, e-sports lounge, media room, gardening room, music room, workshop, fitness studio, party room, ground floor lobby courtyard with lounge seating and workspaces. 7th and 10th floor outdoor terrace with alfresco dining, sun deck and BBQ stations.

It was a sad day when a fire occurred in the heritage home on 314 Jarvis Street, but all’s well that ends well because even though the fire gutted the interior of the house, its exterior is finding renewed life by being included in the development’s exterior.

Location & Neighbourhood

The Garden District is one of the most central and renowned neighbourhoods in the city. It’s named for Allan Gardens, which is a botanical garden situated in a historic building. Even in the depths of winter, the Gardens are on display with exotic plants from all over the world.
