CreateTO’s proposal for this new condo project calls for two mid-rise condominium buildings, one reaching 9 storeys, the other 11, and several blocks of stacked townhomes. The 9-storey building will house 64 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units. The second condominium building will house 91 one-bedroom units and 38 two-bedroom units. All units will have private balconies and will be linked by a one-storey podium containing shared indoor and outdoor amenity space. The two mid-rise buildings will also share 227 parking spaces enclosed in two levels of underground parking.

Six-acre condominium and townhome development
The development will also incorporate 11 blocks of 4-storey stacked townhomes, which will make for 214 extra residential units. Each townhome will be two-storeys in total with two bedrooms. The townhomes will be stacked, with one unit comprising the first and second floors and another unit comprising the third and fourth. Dwellings will have either rooftop patios or patio decks on the ground floor. Townhomes will share 216 parking spaces in one level of underground parking.

The buildings are being designed by RAW, an architectural firm with many of the city’s most desirable residential developments in their portfolio.
